Bob Hyland is a nurseryman, garden writer, and designer. He is former Vice President of Horticulture & Operations at Brooklyn Botanic Garden and has also held management positions at prestigious Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, and the San Francisco Botanical Garden in California.

Andrew Beckman is Editorial Director for Timber Press. A graduate of the Longwood Gardens Professional Gardener Training Program, he has gardened for Martha Stewart, Peter Wooster, and Stephen Sondheim. He was a former co-host of “Homegrown” on Sirius Radio 112.
