Bob Hyland is a nurseryman, garden writer, and designer. He is former Vice President of Horticulture & Operations at Brooklyn Botanic Garden and has also held management positions at prestigious Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, and the San Francisco Botanical Garden in California.

Andrew Beckman is Garden Editor for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. A graduate of the Longwood Gardens Professional Gardener Training Program, he has gardened for Martha Stewart, Peter Wooster, and Stephen Sondheim. He has for more than three years been host of “Homegrown” on Sirius Radio 112.
